पांच सौ करोड़ की भूमि से हटाया कब्जा----लव तिवारी Call -+91-9711033176

प्राधिकरण के भूलेख विभाग और वर्क सर्किल-नौ के अधिकारियों ने पुलिस बल की मौजूदगी में पांच सौ करोड़ की भूमि को अतिक्रमण मुक्त कराया। तीन जेसीबी मशीन की मदद से कई मकान और चारदीवारी को गिराया। अतिक्रमण हटाने के बाद जमीन की फेंसिंग का कार्य शुरू कर दिया है।




प्राधिकरण के प्रशासनिक अधिकारी राजेश प्रकाश ने बताया कि नोएडा-ग्रेटर नोएडा एक्सप्रेस-वे पर बड़े पैमाने पर अतिक्रमण हटाने के लिए बृहस्पतिवार को कार्रवाई की गई। कार्रवाई भूलेख विभाग और वर्क सर्किल-नौ के अधिकारियों ने की। गांव शहदरा में खसरा संख्या 455 और 454 प्राधिकरण की अर्जित और कब्जा प्राप्त है। यहां दस हजार वर्ग मीटर जमीन की अवैध रूप से चारदीवारी की जा रही थी। फरीदाबाद-नोएडा-गाजियाबाद (एफएनजी) एक्सप्रेस-वे के किनारे होने के कारण इसकी कीमत लगभग दो सौ करोड़ रुपये है। इसी प्रकार नलगढ़ा के पास प्राधिकरण की अधिसूचित क्षेत्र में सीलिंग व ग्राम सभा की भूमि है। इस पर बनाए जा रहे मकान व चारदीवारी को ध्वस्त कर करीब 15 हजार वर्गमीटर जमीन से अवैध जा हटाया गया। इस जमीन की कीमत लगभग तीन सौ करोड़ रुपये है।




प्राधिकरण ने जिस जमीन को मुक्त कराया है, वहीं अवैध रूप से निजी कॉलोनाइजर अवैध कॉलोनी बसाने व प्लॉट काटने की नीयत से चारदीवारी कर रहे थे। इससे प्राधिकरण का विकास प्रभावित हो रहा था। प्राधिकरण के वर्क सर्किल-नौ के परियोजना अभियंता मोहम्मद इशरत, सहायक परियोजना अभियंता एमआरएस राघव, भूलेख विभाग के तहसीलदार एसएल यादव, नायब तहसीलदार मनोज कुमार और अभय कुमार सिंह द्वारा पुलिस बल की मौजूद गी में की गई कार्रवाई में पांच सौ करोड़ रुपये की 25 हजार वर्ग मीटर जमीन को मुक्त कराया गया।




अवैध रूप से कॉलोनी काटने और मकान बनाने का कार्य रात में किया जा रहा था। इससे इसके बारे में अधिक लोगों को पता न लग सके। रात में चारदीवारी करने के बाद प्लॉट काटने के लिए चूना डालने और ईटें लगाने का कार्य किया जाता था। जिस जमीन को अतिक्रमण मुक्त कराया है, वहां दो जगह चारदीवारी हो चुकी थी और दो जगह चारदीवारी का निर्माण कार्य किया जा रहा था। वहीं एक जगह मकान बनाने का कार्य किया जा रहा था।
