Terms & Conditions
1 Other Charges include one time lease rent, EEC / FFC Etc.
2 The Preferential Location Charges (PLC) is applicable on Lake Facing 10% (BSP) shall be charge extra,
whenever applicable.
3 Additional amounts towards Stamp Duty, Registration Charges & legal/miscellaneous expenses etc. shall 
be payable by Allottee at the time of offer of possession and shall subject to revision.
4 10 KVA Power Backup shall be mandate for the each allottee seperately.
5 Maintenance Charges as per maintence agreement shall be payable by the allottee separetely.
6 The Built up area means the the Demised Premises inclusive of the area under the periphery walls,area 
under columns and walls within the Demised Premises, half of the area of the wall common with other 
premises & adjoining the Demised Premises area under cupboards,plumbing shafts/light shafts of the 
Demised Premises & 50 % area of the balconies & terraces etc.
7 The other terms and condition shall be as per the Application form, Standard Terms & condition and the 
Allotment Letter of the Company.
8 The Prices are subject to revision/withdrawal at any time without notice at the sole discretion of the

9 Club Membership Fees of Rs. 5 Lacs is payable by the Allottee at the time of offer of Possession.
