A) Preferential location charges (PLC):

1. Plots facing park
2. Plots facing green belt
3. Corner Plots / Two side open plots
4. Plots facing18mtr wide road or above

A) Interest Free Development Linked Installment Plan

Note :    1.  The development linked stages can be called for payment in any sequence irrespective of  the  sequence mentioned hereinabove
2.  PLC will be clubbed with the basic Sale Price.

B) PERIPHERAL CHARGES PAYMENT PLAN

Note:

1. Cheques/Bank Drafts to be issued in favour of “Wave City NH-24” payable at New Delhi only. Outstation cheques shall not be accepted
2. In the event the government / competent authority levies additional charges on account of peripheral charges, infrastructure development charges or any other charges payable in relation to the project, the same shall be charged pro-rata on plot size from the customers .
3. The Stamp Duty, Registration fee, miscellaneous charges, IFSD & other charges (if applicable) are not included & shall be paid at the time of offer of possession
